We are pleased that you would like to reserve a table with us via RESERViSiON. When making a reservation, you only need to provide the personal data marked with a color code (mandatory information). We will confirm your reservation by e-mail (reservation confirmation) and remind you 24 hours before your reservation. A valid telephone number is required so that you can be contacted at short notice if necessary (e.g. in the event of a last-minute change). Further information may be helpful for making the reservation or your restaurant visit, but is not mandatory (voluntary information).
Data processing via RESERViSiON
We process your personal data via RESERViSiON to carry out the reservation and to prepare your visit to our restaurant (legal basis Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR or for voluntary information Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR). RESERViSiON provides us with your data for this purpose on our behalf.
After your restaurant visit, your personal data will be deleted in RESERViSiON, unless you have created a user profile with RESERViSiON with your consent to make future reservations easier. Only the following data will be stored here: Title, first name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number. If you voluntarily enter further data, this will also be stored in RESERViSiON: title, company, cost center, street, house number, address suffix, postal code, city, VAT ID no., allergies, occasion.
You can have your user profile in RESERViSiON deleted at any time by sending an e-mail to RESERViSiON and revoke your consent (datenschutz@reservision.de).
After your visit to our restaurant, we will send you an e-mail which you can use to rate us. If this is not desired, you can object to the sending of such an evaluation e-mail at any time by clicking on the corresponding link in the reservation confirmation. With your rating you help us to improve our service and quality. Submitted reviews will only be published without reference to your person (anonymized).
We use the Stripe system (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland) as our payment service provider. Credit card or other payment data entered by you are transmitted directly in the form via an interface to Stripe for the purpose of billing and processed exclusively there. The legal basis for the data transfer is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR. We do not store or otherwise process credit card or other payment data. A cookie is stored for the duration of the web session for PCI-compliant payment processing and fraud prevention (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, session cookie). Newsletter
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter as the operator of the restaurant via RESERViSiON. By agreeing to receive the newsletter, you consent to us sending you information about our company, our products and services, current promotions, offers and events by e-mail at regular intervals. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future; you will find the relevant information in the respective newsletter. RESERViSiON itself is not responsible for sending or the content of the newsletter; RESERViSiON merely collects the necessary data for the consent to receive the newsletter on our behalf.
Logfiles
Each time you access our website, we collect the following information about your computer: the IP address of your computer, the request from your browser and the time of this request. In addition, the status and the amount of data transferred as part of this request are recorded, as well as product and version information about the browser used and the operating system of your computer. We also record the website from which our site was accessed. The IP address of your computer is only stored for the duration of your use of the website and is then immediately deleted or anonymized by shortening it. The other data is stored for a limited period of time. We use this data for the operation of our website, in particular to detect and eliminate errors on the website, to determine the utilization of the website and to make adjustments or improvements (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR).
Cookies
